The business handles regular sales quotations, Technical and Engineering Support for customer contracts, and payments. However, all of these were managed separately across multiple tools, leading to complexity in daily operations.
Multiple Quotation formats with multicurrency. Customer Contact information management was error-prone and time consuming. With spreadsheets information retrieval was not consistent.
